- Reshaped from the popular HyperLite 2 glove, the Vapor FlyLite not only offers an ultra-light response, but projects a 5% wider pocket without compromising its smooth Vapor closure.
- Construction
- Vapor Glove Break: Inspired by the goalie market’s popular 590 break, Bauer’s Vapor glove breaks fingertips-to-mid thumb with a smooth, whole-handed feel.
- Fused Double-T Web: Bauer’s 2025 Vapor gloves debut a new, ‘Fused T’ design. On the ice, Bauer’s Fused T construction projects 5% wider along the T-top with a sturdy, reinforced build to keep this glove projecting and closing its best for longer.
- CURV® Composite Cuff: An ultra-lightweight cuff reinforcement gives this glove a stronger pop and improved rigidity without adding excess weight. Compared to commonly used impact-resistant materials such as ABS plastic, polycarbonate, and fiberglass composites, CURV® composite offers unmatched resistance to cracking, deforming, or splintering at low temperatures.
- Palm
- CURV® Reinforced Palm: CURV® composites also reinforce the Vapor FlyLite glove’s palm, offering additional protection for the highest levels of the game.
- Poron® w/ Rebound Control Foam Padding: Poron® and Rebound Control Foams replace the Defense Cloud Tech and Rebound of previous generations, enhancing durability and protection without adding excess bulk.
- Connekt+ Liner w/ CatchGrip: A moisture-resistant synthetic suede palm lining, enhanced with a fine embossing for a comfortable, controlled grip. Further improving grip, Bauer’s CatchGrip, a high-tack applique, lays across the base of the fingers.
- Strapping
- Exposed Wrist Strap: Bauer’s FlyLite glove fits the hand with a plush, yet breathable lining, secured across the backhand with a webbing pull strap. Additionally, the FlyLite glove’s wrist strap is exposed, running out of the cuff for easy on-ice adjustments.
- Easily-adjustable Backhand Fit: Allowing goalies to dial-in their perfect fit, the Vapor FlyLite glove’s backhand offers easy hook-and-loop adjustment points at the knuckles, fingers, and wrist.

Measurement: Most manufacturers do not make blocker or glove sizing guidelines for stock options. In most cases, a catch glove and blocker sized to the same age group as the goalie’s leg pads should provide a proper fit. If a more exact fit is needed, measure from the base of the palm to the tip of the middle finger.
